šæ About Me
Hi, Iām Kayla or just āMeā.
Iām a woman with autism and ADHD, which means I experience the world deeplyāsometimes painfully, sometimes beautifully, always intensely.
This blog is my place to unmask. To write without editing my voice out. To share the parts of myself Iāve spent years hiding or reshaping to fit in.
I write like I think: in spirals, bursts, and quiet waves.
Some days Iāll tell stories. Other days Iāll write poetry or post a messy painting that helped me feel something I couldnāt explain.
This space isnāt curatedāitās lived in.
I believe in big feelings, soft rebellion, and the small brave act of being honest.
Thanks for being here. I hope something I share makes you feel a little less alone.

Want to know more? Here are a few quick facts:
- Special interests include: art, history, education, law, neurodivergence, plants, and making meaning out of chaos.
- I used to be a teacher. Now Iām healing and figuring out whatās next.
- I believe art is survival. So is rest. So is laughter.

Youāre welcome here, just as you are.
